FLOWMORE has a robustly designed range of multistage centrifugal pumps for all high pressure applications. These pumps are normally supplied with adequately designed thrust bearing to take care of high degree of axial Thrust generated due to multistaging of Impellers. As on alternative, balance disc design construction with sleeve or journal bearings is also available.

| CONSTRUCTION: All pressure components and impellers are manufactured in high grade cast-iron and , shafts in carbon steel. The pumps can be offered with bronze construction with stainless steel shaft also. |

| HORIZONTAL STANDARD PUMPS : The Horizontal Shaft rotates in heavy duty grease lubricated bearings equipped with grease nipples for subsequent re-charging. |
| VERTICAL FREE -STANDING PUMPS : The vertical shaft rotates in sleeve bearings lubricated by the liquid pumped. The motor bearing carries the axial-thrust. The motor- stool bearings are grease lubricated. Intermediate column bearings are normally lubricated by the liquid pumped. |
| CASING AND IMPELLERS : The pump body is radially split into individual stages, each stage being fitted with a diffuser guiding the flow into the next stage, thereby increasing the pressure by the head generated in each individual impeller. The pump casings are held together by tiebolts. All impellers are dynamically balanced. |
| SELF PRIMING : attachment also available in all sizes. |
| Range Capacities in sizes of 40 mm to 250 mm discharge : upto 900M3/hr & Head : upto 540 Mtrs. |
