APPLICATIONS :

Waterworks, water supply and irrigation projects, cooling water and hot water circulation, fire fighting, sprinkler systems and pressure booster installations. Suitable for reasonably clean, non-corrosive liquids with viscosity upto 150 mm2 /s (cSt).
CONSTRUCTION :

All pressure components and impellers in high grade cast-iron, shaft in carbon steel.
The pumps can also be offered in any other material of construction with stainless steel shaft.

Horizontal Standard Pumps

The shaft rotates in heavy duty grease lubricated bearings equipped with grease nipples for subsequent re-charging.

Vertical Free-Standing Pump

The shaft rotates in sleeve bearings lubricated by the liquid pumped. The motor bearing carries the axial-thrust. The motor-stool bearings are grease lubricated. Intermediate column bearings are normally lubricated by the liquid pumped.

The pump body is radially split into individual stages, each stage being fitted with a diffuser guiding the flow into the next stage, thereby increasing the pressure by the head generated in each individual impeller. The pump casings are held togethert by tie-bolts. All impellers are dynamically balanced.

SELF-PRIMING attachment also available in all sizes.
